Red Deer Construction is owned and operated by Tim Barnes and Jacob Ross. For twenty years we’ve built custom homes, additions and remodels across Utah Valley, and we’ve earned our name the slow way: by doing the work well, on time and on budget, one project after another.
Behind every build is a dedicated network of experienced subcontractors and supply partners we’ve worked with for years. That’s how we keep quality high and costs honest, whether it’s a basement finish or a 20,000 square foot estate.

Our fee is set before the build starts. We have no reason to steer you toward a more expensive bid.

You choose the subs and materials that go into your home. We give you our honest advice and our vendor pricing.

Craftsmanship and attention to detail, on time and on budget. If a sub makes a mistake, they fix it before they’re paid.
